My work is informed by a rare combination of worlds. I’ve spent decades coaching executives, founders, and creators, facilitating leadership programs, appearing regularly on national television, and standing on stages large and small. I’ve worked in rooms designed for transformation and rooms designed for performance. That intersection is what makes my perspective distinctive. At its core, my work is about helping people see the invisible forces shaping their lives and leadership, and reclaim the power to choose consciously rather than operate by default. These ideas have been forged through twenty-five years of coaching founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives through growth, disruption, reinvention, and expansion.
