It’s a Big Life. Make it count.

Navigating a life of plot twists and possibilities, I emerged with a unique perspective that I now bring to global stages as a sought-after keynote speaker.

Born biracial and raised in a series of small, predominantly white towns, my narrative is a tapestry of profound challenges and triumphs. I've grappled with the sting of homelessness, the complexity of foster care, and the unsettling feeling of danger within my own home. Each chapter, however, only fortified my determination to rise, break barriers, and create my own destiny.

At the heart of my message is a belief: The world doesn’t need to be changed BY you; it will be changed THROUGH you.

When you shift internally, everything externally shifts.

Leadership is a lifestyle. You have agency and the ability for self-responsibility, self-learning, self-healing, and self-generating. I’m here to help you vigilantly explore your authentic, leaderful self and find the edges of your wildest potential.

The more energy you invest in discovering and liberating the most authentic, daring, and conscious version of you – the more your capacity to live a Big Life grows.

You begin to convert knowledge to wisdom, working more from source than effort. Your creativity and resilience expand, and you begin to see the results of creating and leading from a grounded, purposeful place.

Over the last 20 years, I've empowered modern leaders from iconic brands like Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, BMW Group Canada, PwC, and many others.

The credentials that underpin my coaching prowess include Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Neuroscience Transformational Coach (CNTC) designations, Solutions Focused Brief Coaching, Somatic & Trauma Informed Coaching, Equine Facilitation, and others.

However, my diverse life experiences truly allow me to connect deeply with my audience, whether in an intimate coaching session or on a grand stage.

I transformed adversity into strength, becoming my own muse. Today, I use my story to ignite resilience, guiding executives, entrepreneurs, and artists to unleash their unique potential and live a Big Life!

From the vivacity of Toronto and New York to the serene landscapes of Vancouver and California and beyond, I treasure all of life's moments—from adventuring on my paddleboard to hiking a mountain, roller skating, or disappearing into a forest to read and meditate. My life's journey exemplifies the power of resilience, and I'm on a mission to share this empowering narrative, captivating audiences one speech at a time.

My insights have been featured in esteemed publications like The Financial Post and platforms such as CNN. I’ve also appeared on The Social, Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, and other media outlets.

“Resilience is inherent to you—it’s an embodied capacity.

Each of you has your own uniquely powerful wisdom, intelligence, and creativity that can be accessed and relied upon.”
