WHAT'S INCLUDED

Quarterly in-person intensives, designed bespoke to where you are in the arc. Some are held at retreat properties, some inside your home, some on the move with you as your year unfolds. The location, the length, the rhythm are all designed around what the chapter calls for. The intensives are where the deepest installation happens. Where the patterns get interrupted in real time. Where the identity work and the enterprise work get integrated in your body.

Ongoing live sessions and unlimited asynchronous access between intensives. We move at the speed of your real life. You have me on your phone for the high-stakes moments, the strategic decisions, the relational ruptures, the creative breakthroughs, the times when something needs to be named or held or moved.

Infrastructure architecture and sequencing. My team and I map the systems your scaling work depends on and the order to build them in. Google Workspace, domain, website, payment systems, email infrastructure, calendar architecture, AI infrastructure. We do the research and hand you a clear sequence of what to build first, second, and third, so you're not guessing and you're not paying to figure it out as you go. You run the build with your own team or contractors, working from architecture that's already been thought through.

Public voice and platform expansion. Speech writing. Media refinement. Soundbites. Book or documentary ideation. Narrative shaping. Strategic positioning. When a signature talk, keynote, TEDx, major media moment, or high-stakes video asset is part of your chapter, we work it fully - from architecture through rehearsal through delivery. We co-create the asset, refine it iteratively, rehearse it live, and prepare you energetically and practically for the room or the camera.
