A focused, intensive experience designed to give you immediate clarity and meaningful movement on whatever you’re sitting with right now. The Discovery works because it compresses what might normally take months of coaching, strategy consulting, and inner work into a single, deeply resourced engagement. You leave with clarity, courage, confidence, and a clear next step.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

A ninety-minute live session where we go directly into the heart of what's alive for you.

In session, I bring the full force of my executive coach training and experience, the lived and learned lessons from building and running my own successful business for nearly twenty-five years, and my full library of systems, templates, frameworks, and resources, deployed in the moment based on what will actually support you. I also bring the somatic layer: breath work, centering practices, containment exercises, and the recalibration tools that re-establish your leadership over your own energy, calendar, focus, and pace. It's strategic, intuitive, and embodied.

Within two days, you'll receive a follow-up transmission in the format that best serves what surfaced. This may be a custom written reflection, a voicenote, or both, capturing the downloads and consolidations that continue to come in for me in the days after our session. It often includes strategic reflection, an intuitive layer (tarot, archetype, or whatever the moment calls for), a simple containment offering for the days that follow (a practice, a mindset, or a small piece of language to carry with you), and a clear articulation of what container or direction would best serve you next.

Many clients describe this transmission as the most valuable single document they have ever received about themselves.

When it supports what we're moving through, I may also offer editorial input on something you’re actively shaping, a speech, a presentation, a message, a piece of writing in progress.

If you have a signature talk, a TEDx, or a keynote that needs full development from architecture through performance, we'll do that in The Signature Talk container, which is designed specifically for that work.
