WHAT'S INCLUDED

Two live strategic sessions each month. Up to ninety minutes each, held in the rhythm of your real calendar. These are the sessions where the underlying patterns get named, the strategic choices get sharpened, and your nervous system gets re-regulated before and after the rounds of high-stakes work the month is asking of you.

Unlimited asynchronous access through voice notes, emails, and texts between sessions. You send what's live - a draft, a tricky email, a pitch you need to nail, a board-level message, a conversation you're anticipating, a moment of insight, a question that just surfaced. I respond with custom transmissions: strategic advice, refined language, framing, intuitive reflection, somatic recalibration, and grounded perspective.

Real-time deliverable co-creation on the work that needs to be precise. Keynotes, board presentations, critical messages, pitches, workshops, media moments, hard conversations. We work it together: iterative drafts, voice-note edits, live rehearsals, precision language. By the time something leaves your hands, it's already been shaped by someone who knows your voice and what's at stake.

For full development of a signature talk or TEDx from architecture through performance, those projects move into The Signature Talk container, where the project can get the time and structure it requires.

Foundational infrastructure recommendations. My team and I provide a recommended sequence of the systems and architecture your scaling work requires — Google Workspace, domain, website, payment systems, email infrastructure, calendar architecture, AI infrastructure. We do the preliminary research and give you a clear roadmap of what to build first, second, third. You execute the build with the support of your own team or contractors.

Ritual, regulation, and rest. Because clean power is nervous-system work as much as strategic work. I'll lead you through containment exercises, breathwork, and centering practices in our live sessions when the moment calls for it.  I'll also create custom meditations for you, alongside curated practices, playlists, embodiment prompts, anchoring rituals, and the occasional tarot pull when intuition asks for it. All designed to keep you resourced inside the pace you're running.

WHO THIS IS FOR

THE ARC

The first three months, we do the deeper inner work of sovereign power itself: the patterns that need to be named, the identity that needs to come online, the relationship with yourself that needs to be rebuilt before anything external can hold.    

The second three months widen the work outward: how you're leading in person, how your voice carries, how your public expression takes shape, the platform, positioning, or IP that's becoming actually shows up in the world.

The goal is not to create dependence. The goal is to build the capacity, discernment, and internal architecture that allow you to lead yourself, your life, and your work from a place of sovereign power.

Most clients find that by the end of the six months, they need me differently. Less as a guide. More as a trusted advisor, strategic thought partner, and sounding board. 

If you’d like to continue beyond the initial six months, your founding rate remains available to you on a month-to-month basis. No new commitment. No renewal process. Simply ongoing access for as long as it feels valuable.
